The restaurant is located in a unique space that was once the San Julián Hospital and dates back to 1900. The meticulous design of the renovated interior reflects the close relationship of this complex with the wine of Somontano.
Barrel slats, which in their day held wines as they aged, embrace the room. The soft decoration of the walls reveals the appearance of Somontano fields and vineyards from a bird's eye view. Materials, textures and warm light that surround the diner in a personal and authentic atmosphere.
This delicate staging would have no meaning without the charm and character of our cuisine. A varied offer, with highlights including creamy rice with wild mushrooms, char-grilled meat, the award-winning oxtail cannelloni and shoulder of lamb from Aragón. Caramelized French toast with toffee, nuts and ice cream is the star dessert of the house.
In addition, throughout the year, seasonal and locally-sourced products gain prominence on the menu. The delicious pink tomato of Barbastro for example, gives colour to summer. In the spring and autumn wild mushrooms are abundant; boletus edulis, yellow trumpets and chanterelles to name a few. The arrival of cold winter days is accompanied by the coveted black truffle, authentic "tuber melanosporum" from Graus market, whose delicate aroma permeates each of the dishes it touches.
The soul of Somontano wine goes beyond the evocative decoration and becomes evident in the wide range of wineries and brands to be enjoyed by the glass or bottle, or even take home. More than one hundred and twenty wines from the thirty-two wineries that currently make up our Denomination of Origin are proudly represented. The perfect match can be found for each of our dishes, each with its own character, essence and personality.

Our restaurant has a maximum capacity of 60 diners and a private room provides an alternative exclusive venue.
