Trastienda is our most informal offer; a spacious and unique area presided over by an inviting bar, where the famous tapas that marked the birth of Trasiego are served.

The spirit of the Somontano wine has a strong presence throughout our premises. An attractive mosaic dedicated to a joyful toast, the work of local artist, Vicente García Plana, welcomes guests, while an exhibition of wine bottles creates a path leading to the circular room that houses the Trastienda.

Here, we can enjoy a meticulous gastronomic offer composed of a selection of tapas including the popular homemade croquettes, River Vero cheese pastries, classic squid tempura, patatas bravas, mushroom risotto, cold meat platters and artisan cheese. Not forgetting the char-grilled meat and seasonal suggestions that guarantee originality and variety.

This area is rounded off with the option of purchasing a selection of gourmet products from the region and a wide variety of D.O. Somontano wine to take home or sample on the premises.
